Coast Guard releases video of Lake Charles boaters being rescued KPLC-TV The U.S. Coast Guard located two missing boaters following a distress call that came in around 10:30 a.m. Saturday about 125 miles southeast of Galveston. The Coast Guard named the boaters as Karl Shram and Chris Bergeron of Lake Charles.
