KPLC-TV Early Wednesday morning, the Lake Charles Fire Department responded to a vehicle fire on the 300 block of Prater Street. When firefighters arrived, a white Chrysler 300 was engulfed in flames in a parking lot near the Sunlight Manor apartment complex. |
